BadBee Review

BadBee is a casual arcade game in which you try to collect all the honey in the level while avoiding the guards. It doesn’t have any stealth mechanics related to the guards, you just can’t let them bump into you. Their AI seems to be random pathing rather than a seeking algorithm, but I could be wrong. Unfortunately, this is the entirety of the game mechanics. It is an extremely simple game that lacks interesting elements.

The visuals are fairly generic, but aren’t the worst. They give it a mobile game feel, but it fits with the gameplay. There is one substantial issue where the foreground grass covers part of the game board, forcing you to randomly walk in that area until you find the honey.

The game is too short and repetitive to be an enjoyable experience. It might appeal to players looking for a casual mobile game, but there are better options you can play for free.
