Back to Bed is a puzzle game that takes place inside M.C. Escher inspired environments. Your goal is to guide Bob to bed by manipulating his walking path.
The visual design of the game world is great and sets the tone perfectly. The visuals manage to look like an optical illusion without making the puzzles too difficult to understand.
The central mechanic for puzzle solving is that Bob walks straight until he hits something, then turns right. As you explore each level you encounter new mechanics or new ways to use old mechanics. The puzzles start fairly easy, but can get fairly complex. There are 60 levels, but 30 of them are just a hard mode for the original level, which winds up feeling tedious and pointless.
The game is a bit lacking in content, but it goes on sale for $1, so you get a fair deal. Overall, a solid couple hours of puzzles, even more if you decide to try the hard mode levels.
